In 5 years (2011-2015), Gia Lai province has mobilized 18205.066 billion implementation program of new rural construction (XDNTM), in which the state budget is 3954.712 billion, deposits is 14250.354 billion. Through the process of implementing the program, by the end of 2015, the province has 21 new rural social standards, 24 communes reached 15-18 criteria and 68 communes will reach 10-14 criteria and 70 communes reached 5 -9 and 01 communes meeting the criteria under 5 criteria. The implementation of the program for rural XDNTM face many changes, step by step development of agricultural production with the application of advanced scientific technique, as appropriate; has formed commercial production areas concentrated with high productivity; production efficiency and income of the people is raised; material life and spirit of the rural population improved increasingly contribute to reducing the province's poverty rate down gradually over the years. On target period 2016-2020, Gia Lai province to strive further 59 standard communal bringing total NTM NTM social standards in the province by 2020 is 80 communes, representing 43.4% of the communes; the province reached 16.69 per criteria / commune; 04 localities have completed the program at district level XDNTM.
