New Circular (Circular 22) will start from the date of 6-11-2016 deployment replaces Circular 30. Adding the student assessment

Circular 22 also stipulates through regular evaluation process to the middle and end of each semester, the capacity to quantify each, qualities into three levels: good, achieve, should try (formerly under Circular 30 only 2 level achieved and not achieved)

Quantifying this, allow teachers, managers, parents determine the level of formation, capacity development, the quality of students after a period of learning and training. Reducing the burden of books


As noted teacher opinions on Circular 30, the most urgent common problems are too many books, both hard, just affect instructional time for students.


As stipulated in Circular 22 and books for monitoring the quality of education will be replaced by a pivot table educational assessment results, while not rigid rules any public records used in student assessment process .


Teachers are given the autonomy to track the progress of students, notes the note with the content students are unfinished or have outstanding capabilities to capture information on their own and use as needed.

Add mid-term exams for class 4.5

Circular 22 also stipulates the principal awarded certificates of merit to students in specific cases, avoid writing general certificate of merit as the implementation of Circular 30.
