Chư Đăng Ya volcano is located about 30 km northeast of the center of Gia Lai mountain town, in Ploi Lagri village, Chư Đăng Ya commune, Chu Pah district, hidden in the middle of the green, majestic forest.

Each season, Chư Đăng Ya attracts visitors with its own unique features. If in the rainy season, Chư Đăng Ya is covered by the immense green of sweet potato, taro or arrowroot fields, and in the dry season, tens of thousands of wild sunflowers bloom across the mountainside, captivating thousands of visitors.
