The expansion of the province also creates conditions to better solve problems of environmental pollution, waste collection and treatment and social security issues in the area... In particular, Gia Lai today has a cultural exchange with similar customs and festivals; there is a connection of historical flows associated with the Tay Son movement, between Tay Son Thuong Dao (Gia Lai) and Tay Son Ha Dao (Binh Dinh) - the "glue" of the spirit of solidarity of the people in the whole province; there is a meeting of the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, loyalty and aspiration to rise up.

On the new journey, Gia Lai province has identified three strategic breakthroughs that are fundamental and lead the entire development process: Breakthrough in development institutions, shifting from "management" to "creation" and "service"; breakthrough in connecting infrastructure - building a material foundation for rapid and sustainable growth; breakthrough in human resources.
